We send the licenses by e-mail so we can have them in less than 24 hours (normally we send them in less than 20 minutes), on holidays and weekends it usually takes around 3 hours for shipping.

The licenses do not have any special characteristics, they are like any type of licenses.
What happens if I lose my license?
We always advise keeping our email with the license in a safe place because once sent, we will not keep a copy of it after 15 days of sending it.
Can I return the license purchased in error?
Once the license is received, it is not possible to change or restore it, we could not resell it to another customer if you already know the activation code, so make sure you buy the correct product before paying.
